making a donation. All contributions - no matter how small - are very welcome
and help us with our work. Just print a copy of the
Donation Form, fill it in and send it, with your (Sterling) cheque,

If you are able to make a regular donation (Sterling only) every year, perhaps you would be willing to make your payments by Banker's Order .Once you have completed the form and sent it to us, no further action will be necessary on your part. If you needed to change the amount of your donation at some time in the future, however, this could easily be done. If you pay UK
income tax, your annual donation could be of even greater benefit to us. By
completing a Gift Aid Declaration form and sending it to us with your
Banker's
Order, the Florence Nightingale Foundation would be able to claim a
refund of tax from the Inland Revenue. Finally, perhaps you could remember the Florence Nightingale Foundation in your will. Most of us need the assistance of nurses, midwives or health visitors at some time in our lives, and your gift would help us to help them. Thank you for your generosity.
