The Presentation of Certificates to Scholars Ceremony was held at The Girdlers' Hall, Basinghall Avenue, London on Monday 4 October 2010.

Certificates were presented to 42 of the Foundation's scholars who had completed their scholarship and produced a satisfactory report on the outcome of their studies. As part of the event, each scholar was invited to make a short verbal presentation on the outcome of their scholarship, highlighting benefits to patient care arising from the scholarship experience.

The certificates were presented by the guest of honour, Baroness Julia Cumberledge.

Guests included family and friends of scholars, members of the Foundation, sponsors and other guests who support the aim and activities of the Foundation.
