How to apply

Download an application form and then send your application with all parts completed by 21st September 2012 via email to: sue@florence-nightingale-foundation.org.uk

IMPORTANT:

• Please answer each question clearly and completely. Detailed answers are required to ensure that The Foundation can assess suitability
• Please use text font Arial size 11 to complete the application form
• Please note word limit - only stated word limit will be considered
• Applications received after the closing date will not be considered
• You must provide with your application a letter of support from your Chairman and/or Chief Executive who will agree study leave and finance 10% of any award made to you.
• The scholarship has to be fully completed including a final report to The Foundation within fifteen months of award.

Abstracts of Travel and Research Scholars' Reports from 2003 can be viewed at www.florence-nightingale-foundation.org.uk/scholars-reports.html Leadership Scholars' reports are available from 2011-12 onwards.

Full copies of Reports can be obtained from The Foundation using the Reports Order Form at a charge of £3.50 each (cheque with order) to cover photocopying and postage. More recent Reports can also be obtained electronically by emailing: admin@florence-nightingale-foundation.org.uk
