How to apply
Download an application form (Update 7 Feb 2012 - Please note revised interview dates) and then send your application with all parts completed and required references by email to The Foundation: admin@florence-nightingale-foundation.org.uk
IMPORTANT:
- Please answer each question clearly and completely. Detailed answers are required to ensure that The Foundation can assess suitability
- Please use text font Arial size 11 to complete the application form
- Please note word limit - only stated word limit will be considered
- Applications received after the closing date will not be considered
- The scholarship has to be fully completed including an interim and then a final report to The Foundation within 3 months of completion of the study.
- You must provide a letter of support from your line manager agreeing study leave in the event of an award.
- Further information and advice to scholars will be sent following success at interview.
Scholars Reports
The lists contain details of Reports from 2003 to 2011 Florence Nightingale Foundation Scholars. Copies of the Reports Order Form are available from the Foundation at a charge of £3.50 each (cheque with order) to cover photocopying and postage.
