Legacy

The Foundation raises funds to provide scholarships for nurses and midwives to study at home and abroad, to promote innovation in practice, and thus ensure that nurses and midwives are giving safe, evidence-based care to those that they care for either in hospitals or, in their homes.

Legacies are vital to the work of the Florence Nightingale Foundation. In this time of financial austerity, it is important that the care of patients is maintained and improved.
